FS98 P-3C Orion 3-Pack. Model with improved virtual cabin and flight dynamics. The Lockheed P-3 Orion is a maritime patrol, surveillance and submarine hunter aircraft, still in service nowadays. It was derived from the 1957 L-188 Electra, the only large U.S. turboprop airliner built, and was produced for the U.S. Navy from 1961 to 1990. It is powered by four 4600 shp Allison T56A14 turboprops and has a top speed of 411 knots. This release provides three liveries: Unit VP-6 of the US Navy Blue Sharks Squadron, Unit VP-4 of the Skinny Dragons, and one unit belonging to Grupo 22, EscuadrA3n 221, of the Spanish Air Force. FS98 Bahamasair Boeing 737-500 Non Octagonal. Redesigned model giving it a body shape as real as possible without using bullkheads just to avoid the octagonal front view. Early Boeing Stearman-75 Biplane Trainer in U.S. Army Corps livery, powered by a 220 Hp Continental R-670-4 radial engine, with a wooden propeller and a top speed of 124 mph. It was designed in 1934, and over 8500 Units were built. Thousands of pilots learnt to fly in this biplane, which was reputed as temperamental and quirky on the ground but stable in flight, as well as being capable of some impressive acrobatics. There are still hundreds flying upto the present day, often appearing at air-shows. The unit depicted in this release is a Stearman PT-17, No. 28, is at present flying in Luxembourg.
