X-Plane 11 Scenery--3W5 Mears Field 1.2. Concrete, Washington State (WA), USA. Mears Field, or formerly known as Concrete Municipal Airfield is a small airport in northern Washinton. It is located along the Skagit river, just south of Lake Shannon and Baker Lake, and just south of mount Baker. An incredibly scenic area within the Cascade Range, great for mountain flying (as weather permits). Mears Field has a relatively short paved runway and high trees on both runway ends, making it a very tricky airport. It also is home to wonderful historic aircraft from the North Cascades Vintage Aircraft Museum and hosts many fly-ins. Plenty of Fairchild, Luscombe and Waco aircraft to be found! Nearly all airport buildings have been custom built purely based on readily available imagery. Off-airfield buildings are library versions. Library requirements are listed in the package. By Nils Lips.
X-Plane 11 Scenery--KBPG Big Spring McMahon-Wrinkle Airport, Texas (TX), USA. BPG, a part of my Western U.S. Tour, bases 25 single and 5 multi-engined aircraft, 2 jets and one helicopter. Fuel Service is available in XP 11. By R. Bruce Erwin.
X-Plane 11 Scenery--LIBA Amendola Air Base 1.0. Amendola Air Base is a military airfield of the Italian Air Force (Aeronautica Militare Italiana). It is the home of 32nd Wing. Amendola Air Base was primarily a training base for pilots of the AMX International AMX ground attack aircraft and the main base for Italy for AMX pilots. This is an interesting military airport with several structures in about 4 distinct areas, widely separated. There is a single asphalt runway, 11/29 which is 2,660 meters (8,727 ft) in length. If you enjoy flying military aircraft, this should be your main southern Italian base. The runway is wide and long enough for heavy jets, so if you feel like running a cargo plane to LIBA, you can certainly do so. This is a lego-brick scenery and uses the megabytes of art assets already included in your installation of X-Plane. It will compare favorably, at times better, to other (much larger sized) sceneries of this area and will probably exceed your expectations. Please see the included documentation for further details. By Charles Macelli.
X-Plane 11 Scenery--Royal Albert Bridge 1.0, UK.This is Brunel's railway bridge over the Tamar between Devon and Cornwall in the S.W. of England. This has been made to fit into the X-Plane default mesh allowing default trains to cross. Use of Ortho4XP or similar may cause misalignment with the surrounding area. Nearest Airport is Plymouth EGHD. By John Dickinson.
X-Plane 11 Atlantis Oceanic Citadel/Marine Research Lab(H) 1.0. Here is my interpretation of Atlantis the fictional oceanic citadel and marine research laboratory belonging to the webbed-fingered entrepreneur and criminal mastermind, Karl Stromberg. Atlantis made its first appearance in the 1977 James Bond film 'The Spy Who Loved Me'. The first move I ever saw at the cinema. For a list of the required libraries, please see the included Readme file. By Stuart McGregor.
X-Plane 11 Scenery--CYVK Vernon Regional Airport 2.0.1. Vernon Regional Airport, is a small, non-towered airport located 1.8 nautical miles southwest of Vernon, British Columbia, Canada. The Okanagan valley is particularly beautiful (not just from the air) with its magnificent mountains, valleys and rivers, especially driving southwards from Salmon Arm to Kelowna as the author has done many times in the past. In the middle lies Vernon, a very pretty town and worthy of many visits. You may wish to start your aerial adventure through the valley from Salmon Arm CZAM, circle around the lovely Shuswap Lake (where camping sites are at a premium in the summer) and head down to Vernon CYVK (this scenery) which is less than a 30 minutes Cessna flight away. This is a lego-brick scenery and uses the megabytes of art assets already included in your installation of X-Plane. It will compare favourably, at times better, to other (much larger sized) sceneries of this area and will probably exceed your expectations. Please see the included documentation for further details. Version 2.0.1 includes a new compass rose, corrected runway holds, plus other minor adjustments. By Charles Macelli.
X-Plane 11 Scenery--KFNL Northern Colorado Regional Airport, CO, USA. Northern Colorado Regional Airport, formerly known as the Fort Collins–Loveland Municipal Airport, is a public use airport located in Larimer County, Colorado, United States. FNL bases quite a number of aircraft, 237, and enjoys on average 296 flight operations per day; 95% of which are GA local and transient, 3% air taxi, 1% commercial, 1% military, and 1% glider. Requires OpenSceneryX to be installed. Note: ATC AI fuelling is available only on the ramp/apron within X-Plane 11+. This airport is dedicated to my good friend Jack Oliphant. By Bruce Erwin.
X-Plane 11 Scenery--EGBN Nottingham Airport 1.0 UK. Nottingham Airport also known as Nottingham City Airport, is located in Tollerton, Nottinghamshire, England. There are two asphalt runways: 09/27 which is 1,050 metres (3,445 ft) in length and 03/21 at 821m or 2,694.
X-Plane 11 Scenery--LFHA Issoire Le Broc Airfield. This little French aerodrome, located 40 km south of Clermont-Ferrand, is mainly used for gliders and tractor pilots licence validation. ULM are allowed too. Requires the following libraries (please keep up to date): OpensceneryX, The HandyObjects, X-europe (addon),ruscenery, MisterX_Library, R2_Library and free ORBX Library. If you enjoy the author's work, please consider donating (see "doc" folder). A chart is inclued in the "Doc" folder for special specifications s due to the mesh environement and 2 runways managment.
